With a background in acting and an Advertising career working with Australia’s biggest brands, campaigns, directors, Alison yields knowledge from both in front of and behind the camera plus within large advertising companies frequenting the casting process. She's passionate about working with actors until they've achieved the performance that they are proud of and believes it's the insider knowledge that levels you up in this industry!

Casting Director
Stephanie's extensive career in the Casting industry has seen her work with highly acclaimed international directors including David Fincher, Jean Pierre Jeunet and Bobby Farrelly. She is particularly passionate about nurturing emerging voices in storytelling by providing grassroots education and coaching on the casting process that is accessible to everyone with a distinct no bullshit approach to her teaching style.
